Website Terms of Use

Last updated: 21 August 2026

These terms apply to your use of the RoomDrop® website. They are not the rental or hire agreement for a cabin.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About these terms

These terms govern use of this website only. Any actual hire, rental, purchase, delivery or installation of a RoomDrop® unit is governed by a separate written agreement provided to you at the time of booking. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement applies to the hire.

3. Enquiries are not offers

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any pricing shown on this site is indicative only and may change. Availability, final pricing, delivery timing and terms are confirmed by us in writing before any agreement is formed.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, floor plans, branding, and the RoomDrop® name and logo, is owned by RoomDrop® or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or reuse it without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content from the site.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, or gain unauthorised access to it or to any related systems or data.
  • Do not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. Specifications, dimensions, finishes and images are indicative and may vary between units.

7. Third party links

The site may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights a consumer has under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where a person acquires goods or services from us for business purposes, the parties agree that those Acts do not apply to the extent contracting out is permitted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
